Autiqo Best takes reasonable care to keep the information on this website clear and up to date.

Nevertheless, information may occasionally contain an error, omission or outdated detail. Obvious typing, calculation or publication errors do not automatically create a binding obligation.

Important information relating to an individual vehicle should therefore be confirmed before the final transaction.

Vehicle advertisements may contain information about, among other things:

• Mileage or odometer reading

• Equipment and options
• Maintenance information
• Vehicle history

• Availability

Autiqo Best aims to present this information as accurately as reasonably possible based on the information available for the vehicle.

Where information cannot be independently verified, this may be explained in the individual vehicle advertisement or during contact with the buyer.

4. Mileage and imported vehicles

For vehicles previously registered outside the Netherlands, historical information may not always be available through Dutch registration systems.

Where appropriate, Autiqo Best distinguishes between a current odometer reading and independently verified mileage history.

Vehicle-specific information provided by Autiqo Best before purchase remains relevant to the final agreement.

5. Prices

The price shown with a vehicle is the advertised price applicable at that time.

If optional products or services are available separately, these will be discussed separately where relevant. Applicable mandatory consumer pricing rules always remain in force.

6. Availability

Vehicle availability can change. A vehicle displayed on the website may meanwhile be reserved, sold or otherwise unavailable.

Please contact Autiqo Best if you want confirmation that a particular vehicle is still available before travelling to view it.

7. Requests through the website

A vehicle enquiry or request submitted through the website is non-binding unless the parties subsequently enter into an agreement.

Submitting a vehicle for assessment does not automatically oblige Autiqo Best to purchase the vehicle and does not automatically oblige the applicant to sell it.

Autiqo Best may request additional information or inspect a vehicle before making or confirming a proposal.

8. Vehicle purchase proposals

An initial indication or proposal may be based on the information supplied by the vehicle owner.

If the actual vehicle, its condition, documentation, mileage, history, options or other relevant characteristics differ materially from the information supplied, any proposal may be reconsidered before a final agreement is made.

9. Viewing and inspection

Visitors are encouraged to make an appointment before viewing a vehicle.

The buyer remains free to inspect the vehicle and ask questions about its condition, history, documentation and specifications before entering into an agreement.

10. Consumer rights and statutory conformity

Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce mandatory rights that a consumer has under applicable Dutch or European consumer law.

Where a consumer purchases a vehicle from Autiqo Best, the statutory rules regarding conformity and legal consumer protection remain applicable.

Any additional commercial warranty, if expressly offered, is additional to the consumer's mandatory statutory rights and does not replace those rights.

11. Website enquiries are not automatically a sale

The fact that a visitor sends an email, WhatsApp message, form request or other enquiry does not by itself mean that a vehicle purchase or sale agreement has been concluded.

The specific circumstances and agreements between the parties determine whether and when a binding agreement has been formed.

12. External websites and services

The website may contain links to or integrations with external services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media platforms.

Autiqo Best does not control the content, availability or privacy practices of those external services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use them.

13. Intellectual property

The content, layout, texts, branding and original visual materials on this website may not be copied, reproduced, published or commercially reused without permission, unless such use is permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, vehicle brands and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Website availability

Autiqo Best may change, update, temporarily suspend or remove parts of the website when necessary for maintenance, security, updates or business changes.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website cannot be guaranteed.

15. Liability for website use

Autiqo Best is not liable for loss resulting solely from temporary website unavailability, an obvious website error or information supplied incorrectly by a website visitor, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
